Zindagi na milegi Dobara

Some messages in the movie that I really liked:-

Every story has many versions of truth, interesting is that all of them can be true.

A sorry which is not heartfelt hurts more and you might continue to expect a sorry from that person who hurt you until you know it was heartfelt and that person felt the pain you have been through. But some people never realize. Period.

In the hustle and bustle of life, a moving experience- such as underwater diving, where you get to know that you are breathing, where you consciously breath and get to know the being that you are. It is then that you realize what you have been missing, where you have been going, where you should be going and you realize you are alive and this life is such an amazing gift. A lot has been said about the Art of Conscious breathing in yoga and meditation and the wonders that it does to your physical and ethereal health. The response that your mind and soul gives you when you practice conscious breathing is kind of the same as you would experience by underwater diving and when you dive deep, you see beautiful creations of God that make you go awestruck. That’s exactly what you achieve in meditation and frankly its beyond words.

‘Stay awed’ is the new mantra. There are little things that can make you go awestruck. Its kind of weird how you can never stop admiring the silver lining and the vanilla clouds and the blue and white mix where the white moves slowly over the blue. The deep silence up there and the contrasting rush and noise down here - the contrast makes it even more beautiful.

Also true is the fact that if a person does 10 things right and 1 thing wrong , that 1 wrong thing will always be remembered. That's human nature and it is tough to overcome. Forgiveness is not impossible.
